Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information myG Offers collects when you sign in and use the offers, rewards, and exchange programme, and how that information is used. Last updated 17 July 2026.

What we collect

When you sign in, we collect your mobile number and use it as your account identifier. As you use myG Offers, we associate the following with that account: purchase history at myG stores, loyalty points activity, vouchers issued and redeemed, exchange reservations and the device condition details you enter for an estimate, offers you’ve saved or claimed, and your preferred store, district, and language.

We do not collect payment card details through myG Offers — purchases and payments are handled at the store billing counter, not through this site.

How we use it

Personalization. Your preferred store, district, and language let us show offers and store information relevant to where you actually shop, instead of a generic statewide list.

Loyalty. Your purchase and points history is used to calculate your rewards wallet balance, determine when points expire, and issue milestone vouchers such as birthday, anniversary, and welcome gifts.

Exchange. The device details and condition answers you provide are used to calculate an estimated exchange value range and myG bonus, and to prepare your reservation for in-store inspection.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain your account, purchase, points, voucher, and exchange records for as long as your account is active, so your rewards balance and history remain accurate. Where purchase records are needed to meet tax or accounting obligations, they may be retained for the period required by applicable law even after an account is closed.

If you ask us to close your account, we deactivate sign-in access and stop using your data for personalization; records required for legal or accounting purposes are retained only as long as those obligations require.

Your choices

You can update your preferred store, district, and display language at any time from your account preferences — these controls directly change what personalization we apply, and take effect immediately.

To close your account or request a copy of the data we hold on your mobile number, contact us using the details below. We’ll act on account closure and data requests within a reasonable time and confirm once complete.
